Return Policy- Diamond Dior Boutique only accepts returns/ exchanges ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all returns unless there has been a mistake on our end. Exp- wrong sizing/ product sent to customer
All exchanges/ returns must follow basic criteria:
You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. (3 days)
Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with all tags still attached
Please understand absolutely no returns on sale items
If all criteria is met within 5-7 business days store credit will be issued. NO Refunds
To submit a return or check on a item that’s been returned email Diamonddiorboutique22@gmail.com also please include your order number to make the processes better on us and yourself
To ensure an easy order/ delivery please be sure to put in the correct address info.
If your tracking information reads that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you just contact the courier, Diamond Dior is not responsible for packages that state delivered.
Please give us 24-48 hours to process your order not including weekends and holidays. Once order has been processed you will receive your tracking number and shipping will take 3 to 5 business days not including weekends and holidays.
Orders cannot be shipped with your billing info not matching your shipping information both must be filled out with the same addresses.
